1. I addressed the cleanliness issue to the front desk and I fairness, she offered to transfer us to a different room but since it was past 11 PM and having cleaned the bathroom door, disinfected all the lateral surface including toilet bowl, door knobs, light switches, and tv remote control, I just asked to have the linens/pillowcases changed and provide more hangers.

3. Any time I have had an issue, it has always been addressed immediately and I always receive a note in my room.

4. The only issue I ran into was the location - it is on the side of a hill off a frontage road.

6. I have stayed in many hotels over the past 12 years I have been traveling for Best Buy and have never had a hotel be so accomidating to me when it was an issue out of their control.

7. The best was a member of the staff was out in the lobby area answering questions, assisting in any issues that may arise with a lobby area full of people lingering around the lobby where they had emergency power to keep lights on and serve snacks to those that could not go out to eat, while the city was without power.

8. Management did correct most of the issues, but we just felt overwhelmed with so many issues and the lack of attending to details before the guest arrives.

9. We had elevator issues, there are not enough elevators and not all elevators go to all floors, so you spend a lot of time wandering around the halls to find the elevator that goes to your floor.

10. There can be issues at any hotel, what I loved about this hotel was that requests and issues were responded to very quickly and professionally.
