4. We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM, and went up to the room and I was disappointed to see that the table surfaces were sticky and had not been wiped down, there was lettuce and egg shells on the floor of the kitchenette, the carpets were stained, and the shower curtain was disgusting.

8. The breakfast is a huge perk; great money saver and very good but because of the strange layout some guests can only access the lobby by going outside, meaning bad weather will keep you from breakfast and thats very disappointing.
