1. Are you kidding me?? In the end, I paid about $450 for a frustrating experience and I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

This is when I started to get frustrated because of all the mishaps so I called to speak to a manager, but no manager was on duty to speak with so I asked the front desk to have them contact me the next morning on my cell phone because I would already be checked out and at work, but never received a call.

4. As most have said, the parking fee is somewhat frustrating but not much you can do about this since most hotels charge this fee.
