4. There was only 1 elevator from the 5th floor down to the main floor and it was out of service for a day and a half, and one of the entrance parking gates was broken the entire trip, which was an inconvenience, especially since we were charged for parking.

6. CON: The soundproofing is poor, the attention to detail is lacking (I had to complain about my desk chair being broken and that the locked entry door was broken), and the cost-to-value ratio is poor (paid $10/day for parking in Hotel Circle, rack rates near $200).
