1. But, that a business owner would not only lie to a customer (re: meeting with staff members) but would engage in rude, discourteous behavior leads me to write my first review encouraging potential guests to think twice about staying here.

2. It very well could be that that person was just a heavy-footed, rude individual, but judging from the muffled sound of the TV next door to our new room it`s probably not the case.
