1. because most of my work is dependent on having a good internet connection, when there were occasional issues, she bent over backward to find a solution, whether it was calling any one of the wonderful maintenance staff to trouble shoot, or running next door to find a cable I needed.

2. We were directed to the Hilton Garden Inn which was 50 feet away (so, it was not much of an issue - except for the need for someone to let us in because the HGI pool required a HGI key card).

10. The staff was very helpful since I needed to use the business center and the printer but I received a little attitude from one girl at the counter when I told her the printer cartridge was out of ink but overall a non-issue.
