1. We didn't have any problems with the traffic, and even found a free parking space in the Gas Lamp District.

2. Having made a mistake in the date of my reservation with a reservationservice both the front desk clerk and the manager went out of their way resolving this problem even though it required 2 lengthy phone calls.

3. Check-in was friendly and fast, the room was super clean upon arrival with a nice letter from the managers just in case we had problems.

4. I'm not so sure because the shower had a problem too, I think there's some basic problem with the plumbing in this hotel.

5. Second of all I've stayed at this hotel before and had problems with the bathroom sink and shower draining slowly - that was years ago and they still have the same problem.

6. Only problem we had were some tiny ants in the kitchen area.

7. We had booked a 2 bedroom room but this had a problem when we arrived, so was offered this as an alternative and it was fantastic as ended up with 2 living areas, so the big kids could have a sofa bed each, and was on the ground floor, so close to the pool and eating area.

8. The only (very minor) problem was that the maid service came late and that was a problem a couple of days due to us needing to put our little one down for a nap.
