3. To be fair the room and bathroom were fine despite the lousy view but the lobby area is rather nasty and tacky.

4. Supposedly the dining room is being renovated but the whole breakfast experience with paper plates and plastic cutlery was rather nasty not to mention wasteful and un-ecological.
