1. All in all, it wasn't horrible, but the good wasn't enough to overcome the issues we had.

2. Thankfully the hotel was fairly empty so quiet was not an issue but certainly would be when full as the walls are paper thin, and street noise could be heard from our room on the fourth floor, as well as bathroom noise from above.

4. The riverwalk was nicely lit and never felt like safety was an issue when walking back to the hotel around 9:30.

5. It is unfortunant that now I will have months of paperwork and charge disputes when a reasonable issue could have corrected the problem before checkout.

7. We moved here mid way through a conference due to issues at a major name hotel, and will return to the Riverwalk Plaza again.

8. Mgr said something about plumbing issues in hotel made my double bed rooms available.

9. The restaurant issue and the fact they currently do not have any washers/dryers on the premises were drawbacks, but we dealt with it fine.
