1. The service was a little slow but our server, Andrew, was so lovely that it really wasn't a problem.

My esthetician was very knowledgeable and did not push all their products, which I liked, but I had emphasized that I was looking forward to the published benefits of the purifying facial (to unblock sinus passages and address seasonal allergies), she just said that there was a lot of problems with the cedar this time of year.

10. I saw housekeepers and their carts any time I was in the hall and constantly saw supervisors with clipboards checking rooms so I'm not sure what exactly the problem with housekeeping was but it needs to be fixed.
