9. Husband and 4 friends played golf both days (Palmer course) and talked about the huge hills and how difficult it was to play / walk when you hit your ball into the rough -- couldn`t see it even if you dropped it right in front of you.

10. With the exception of the prompt plumber, the Westin`s service recovery was terrible -- we never got our light bulbs so night reading was difficult, curtains weren`t fixed so morning light streamed in, and I cleaned out drawers.
