1. My second complaint is when I requested a small refrigerator to be delivered to the room they charged $25 a stay.

6. Only quibble would be to be able to use breakfast vouchers for room service instead of having to trek to the restaurant each morning, but otherwise we did not have any major complaints.

8. My only complaint is all the little additional fees like a resort fee, a tourism fee and we even had a valet fee - and we didn't have a car.

10. My only other trivial complaint was the limited hours of the Starbucks within the hotel- I know it's not a Westin issue, but the Starbucks closes SO early (6 PM, I think?).
