2. My room on the 17th floor had a nice view but the furniture was a bit worn and about average for a business hotel and below average for a Hyatt though the style fit the Hyatt brand.

3. Suggestions:If you get a room with two beds, do a bounce test on both as we found one of them felt noticeably more worn than the other.
