9. My sister left earlier that am and had a similar issue with the airport shuttle - so I hope they get that organized as that was the only flaw in a perfect stay.

10. The concierge was very helpful, but I did have an issue getting the shuttle back to the airport - after waiting for a long time, with the staff calling the company - the nice staff person at the front desk eventually got me a cab and paid for it.
