2. San Antonio has a number of historic hotels with charm and while they may be a bit dated I think I would select one of those or the Westin over the Hyatt.

3. I would stay again based on the excellent staff alone, but I think I might first consider the Hyatt Regency, it may be a bit dated in some regards, but overall it is what you expect from a Hyatt.
