1. floor and never had any problems with hot water or anything else, the staff was great and very helpful in recomendations and directions.

2. The staff was very friendly, however I don't think they knew the cause for the problem or possibly they would have moved me?Apparently, there were issue with the hot water system and the hot water was coming from the top of building and once it was gone it was gone.
