3. The first room I was placed in had mold growing around the toilet seat, drain smells when it was flushed and the carpet looked like it was 50 years old with all the wear and tear and dirt that comes with that.

Based on the previous reviews the same issues continue to plague this property:- Dingy, shabby room decor with mold in the bathtub grout- A/C was beyond loud and continually turned itself off for about 10 seconds and then came roaring back on, no matter how low you set it- The pool had leaves and trash floating in it so I actually took the skimmer net from the pool house and swept it out myself before my kids got into it.
