1. Noise is pretty bad here, you can here everything people say in the hallway and constant door slamming.

3. One quirk in the layout was that you had to walk past the laundry room/cleaning HQ between the front desk and guest rooms, not a bad thing, but usually they tend to hide this loud, humid area from guests.
