3. This hotel was recently remodeled (and the rooms are now much nicer), but I think they had many issues before as well.

4. One of my co-workers stayed here a few years ago and ended up leaving because of condensate and mold issues from the air conditioner.

5. The staff was very friendly, however I don't think they knew the cause for the problem or possibly they would have moved me?Apparently, there were issue with the hot water system and the hot water was coming from the top of building and once it was gone it was gone.

7. We had a minor issue with a clogged toilet-i called to report the issue and no kidding, they maintenance guy was there to fix the issue in less than 2 minutes.
