The blue carpet was tattered, there was visible mildew on the shower curtain, rust imbedded in the ceiling sprinklers, terrible grout around the tub, and, worst of all, the wall air conditioner unit was dripping water causing an ever-enlarging wet circle on the carpet and thoroughly wet walls all around it.
