I don't want my last stay at the Menger to be characterized by

customer service and non-working room keys and incompetent front-desk attendants, but it appears this is the case.

girl receiving her wrath was clearly only the messenger so I decided not to burden her any further with the fact my room left a lot to be designed as it pertained to being called a suite.
