I have stayed at this Hotel twice, first time we took our kids & grand-kids so we had 4 rooms & spend a lot of money there, we were treated like royalty, this time it was just me and my husband we went there for a quite few days did not spend a lot there at the Hotel and we were treated like dirty.

8. Why didn't they know the coffee pot was dirty? Doesn't the housekeeper check that on a regular basis? I'd be willing to bet that they still haven't made a service call to fix that chiller.
