1. I have stayed here in the past with no problems, but unfortunately this time we had an extremely noisy room.

2. unfortunately, for me, I depend heavily on wireless, and to communicate I resorted to walking from the room to the elevator and sat in the elevator lobby.

3. unfortunately, they scheduled the entire block of rooms full of doctors facing a major once in a lifetime (hopefully) professional exam directly below a ballroom with full band set-up and a wedding party scheduled to be rocking the house until midnight.

7. My only complaints, and they are minor - could use a better quality hair dryer in the rooms, the pool area left a lot to be desired, and unfortunate that part of the 'river view' from your room is a water treatment tank, but that's not really their fault now is it.

8. Internet is complimentary in the lobby, but $10/day in the room (unfortunately this is still the standard for higher end hotels).

9. unfortunately, due to the horrible food not only at the hotel restaurant but also in room service, I doubt I would stay in this hotel again.
