5. 25 for a mediocre cup of coffee, and, eventhough there were at most five other people there, the waitress couldn`t be bothered to refill the coffee cup, and when it was time for us to pay, my wife held the ticket and money in the air for at least ten minutes, the waitress couldn`t be bothered to come over for that, either.

9. On the downside, the hotel itself could use some sprucing up the exterior is starting to look rundown and the interior design of the deluxe room I had was very mediocre.
