1. We used the hotel valet service because of the convenience, however, I do feel that it is extremely overpriced.

2. Con's: our room was not very clean (crumbs on floor/dirt under vanity in bathroom/crumbs on recliner), hotel restaurants are WAY overpriced and the food.
