1. My one complaint is that you have to pay for internet access - $10.

9. My only complaints, and they are minor - could use a better quality hair dryer in the rooms, the pool area left a lot to be desired, and unfortunate that part of the 'river view' from your room is a water treatment tank, but that's not really their fault now is it.
