1. On my most recent stay, unfortunately the hotel missed a wake-up call one day (fortunately I set the alarm clock as well) - when I brought it to their attention, they refunded the night immediately without any issues.

2. unfortunately for us, there was a family with three children across the hall, and they used the hallway as a second playroom at 8:00 am The bathroom was decorated nicely, but very small.
