1. The smoke detector wasn't attached and the top part was missing (this was fixed immediately upon reporting it to the front desk), stopped up bath sink, broken coffee pot, burnt out light bulb, dirty glass windows, dead remote, loose electric outlets and the nightstand light did not work well.
