1. They could not help me with any of my requests, they messed up my room, they gave me a room card which did not work, then told me I did something to the card, in the 50ft it took to walk to the elevator, and it goes on even after I left the hotel.

2. Could not buy movies until last night even though we called about it almost every night for 7 nights, carpet was frayed, drain in tub was broken, toilet was not working properly, and TV and remote would periodically mess up.
