1. I was off the front of the hotel and it was a bit noisy with all of the conference attendees walking around on the side walk below and the metro train goes right by the road in front of the hotel so that along with traffic was noisy as well.

3. All it took was a phone call and someone was up to my room with the boxes, later helped get them to where they needed to go, and when I asked for help with a noisy air conditioning unit, the fix it guy was there within 3 minutes.

5. The heating system ( split A/C ) is noisy and the room is either too hot ( when the A/C is on ) or too cold ( when the A/C is off )We were told by the hotel management that the old A/C units are being progressively replaced for better systems.
