1. Kind of hard to find, but as soon as you figure out the 4 Temple Square streets, much easier.

3. The new lobby is a little austere for my taste, and it was hard to find the coffee bar and the restaurant because the signs were so discreet -- but I persevered, and they were worth the effort.

7. - jacuzzi needs to have handles on the side, short people with bad backs or elderly have hard time getting in to take a shower.

9. I did appreciate a thermostat that actually controlled the room temperature - but still have hard time understanding why some properties/housekeeping insist on turning the AC down to 70 or below while you're out --- crank up the carbon emissions, waste energy.
