Had to pay for parking and then could not find any (was not informed up front), ice maker broken, no continental breakfast, restaurant was overpriced and not friendly, billing was wrong, no refrigerator in room, hotel staff could not give good directions from airport and took us 45 minutes to find.

8. I stayed here in January 2007 and there were issues with elevators, parking garage key, poor room service, no coffee pot, broken bed by numbers, and very poor and unfriendly front desk help.
