9. The hotel is fine, one of the nicer Radisson properties I've seen but there are a couple of serious issues with this hotel that have to be addressed.

10. One of the servers in the restaurant didn't seem too happy in their work but other than that, all the staff were fine and we had no issues whatsoever with noise, bed comfort and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
