1. I went to the front desk and paid the money, and I get that the hotel should be paid, but the way this was handled was wrong.

5. Also, the hotel maps were wrong because we went looking for an ice machine and where one should have been, wasn't.

6. Oh, and the front desk staff attached my credit card for incidentals to the wrong room and I had charges on my bill for someone two floors down from me.
