1. We had just traveled from a hotel (albeit considerably more expensive) where all of the above were free (plus cookies.

6. Restaurant on lobby floor was OK but I found breakfast a bit expensive ($15) but there are other restaurants within a block if you want to economize (Dennys, MacDonalds, etc).
