1. We were excited to go soak in the outside hot-tub but were told it was closed due to bad ph balance in the water.

3. The check in was fine and I was informed that even though my room was prepaid through PL they would still hold $20 on my CC, not bad and was glad that i was informed which rarely happens at check in with other hotels.
