2. How hard can it be to deliver a small bar fridge to a room if a client needs one for meds - not beer, meds?? Instead, it cost them a lot of ice and caused me a lot of frustration trying to keep the meds cool especially in light of the the fact that the A/C was not cooling at all.

3. Wireless did not work well, very frustrated, noisy on weekend nights due to being below Sky Bar.
