1. floor room, the bed linens were dirty with some unidentified stains in a few places.

4. com booking, this room was a 2-star (ROH) room in a 3-star hotel - a) water not hot in shower b) closet doors came off (maintenance replaced, but came off again) c) room was not upgraded as were other rooms - no ref ridge, or flat screen TV; maid service did not leave coffee/room was not swept, dirty glass left in room from first night.
