3. A couple of downsides - bit of a walk to the UTA Trax tram stop (OK for us, but might be an issue to some) and also quite a few homeless people in the area - this has been mentioned in other reviews for hotels in the same area, so not specific to this hotel.

4. That was the only downside but my wife and I made do with the double bed they had for us in the non smoking room.

5. The downside of the whirlpool is that they place the water draining right on the middle of the whirlpool, so you have to be carefull when you move around so you don`t cut yourself with it.
