2. When we checked out we told the desk clerk: a far from pleasant, helpful or courteous man, about not having housekeeping the day before and were told that if we had our do not disturb sign out when housekeeping came by they don't stop by again (Are you kidding?.

3. Of course, I was placed in a connected room (the lock to which was unlocked as well -- a potentially disturbing situation if I didn't think to check it) and told that I could not switch rooms.

5. The big problem I am having now is a lack of follow through by the hotel management and Hilton Customer Service due to a small but rather disturbing issue I had with the bedding in my room.
