1. We received a call from the desk, and at this point I was finally told sorry that housekeeping left early, is there anything else you need? I asked for the dirty linens to be removed and he sent someone up.

5. After a very dissappointing stay ( DIRTY / VERY POOR MAINTENANCE / CARELESS & AIR-HEADED STAFF ) at the SALT LAKE CITY AIRPORT HILTON HOTEL, I thought that experience (along with the public antics of Paris Hilton) would probably keep me away from the Hilton chain for ever .

7. We stayed at this hotel years ago and it was good, but this time, the hotel is run down, dirty and and we will not return.
