2. There's nothing wrong with it, it's a little tired (stains on carpet in room, chipped paint) but the bathroom is clean, and the rooms are good sized with a nice bed and a variety of comfy pillows.

4. Check-in was fine but explanations were unclear and we ended up keeping our car in the 'wrong' parking garage.
