My wife and I were at the pool at closing time and the security guard came in to close the pool and treated us very

Once I arrived to check in, the staff at the reception desk was extremely
rude
when I asked if there was another room available with one bed instead of two- she snapped at me that they were overbooked and that was the only option with no apologies.
