1. In the room itself, some of the paint was chipping, there was rust on the window, and the furniture was scratched in places.

2. The hotel is just a tad dated and can use a few cosmetic upgrades (paint peeling from vacuum cleaner wear, desk was chipped, small little things that come with age), but the staff is very good, the rooms are clean and up to Sheraton standards.

3. There's nothing wrong with it, it's a little tired (stains on carpet in room, chipped paint) but the bathroom is clean, and the rooms are good sized with a nice bed and a variety of comfy pillows.
