3. The only drawback is that the free WiFi connection is really slow - < 130 kbps with > 500 ms latency and frequent timeouts - so if you want to work online you'll need to go to a nearby coffee shop.

9. It has very small & extremely slow elevators, very slow internet service, a very old inefficient and loud window air conditioner which made it hard for me to sleep, a very loud and ancient refrigerator whose compressor awakened me numerous times due to its 'alarm-like' noise.
