3. Only complaints were that the shower would go hot/cold occasionally with no warning and on the first night we had a paint smell in the room as they were painting one of the lower levels and the fumes came through the AC.

9. Its an older building, so it has some quirks, but nothing I would consider a complaint, if you want everything to be modern and brand new, you might not like some of the rooms, but if you appreciate well maintained old wood and brick work this building has it.
