1. I complained that I couldn't get the clock in my room to work only after I left because I couldn't be bothered having someone come up to fix it.

4. We initiallly had a room outside of the lift which was noisy but after a couple of nights of no sleep we complained to reception and they gave us new room, with no arguments or issues.

10. Good Location close to Powell's bookshop & Jake's Crawfish restaurant However there was some painting work going on and reception staff shrugged off when we complained about the smell of paint and that the work would be finished shortly .
