1. My only disappointment was to find the rooftop patio closed for remodel.

2. We decided to stay at the Mark Spencer because of its great location in downtown Portland, but I was quite disappointed that we weren't informed that they would be doing construction on the entrance, and we were given a room right next to all of the noise.
