1. The cleaning staff uses the same (slow) elevators and they seemed indifferent as to piling into a car filled with guests, garbage bags and equipment in tow.

2. As a slow-walker with a cane, I also appreciated the valets who ran to open the front doors, and the disabled access button I could use at night when fewer valets were working.
