1. Not sure if this is an isolated incident or a recent problem.

2. We were given a spacious 10th floor room with a lovely view and a king size bed, and were told by the very accommodating staff that if there was a problem with noise we could have a room on a higher floor.

4. Adding or removing blankets helped with this problem, but it did require a bit more effort on our behalf than we're used to at home.

5. Another problem with the restaurant (and perhaps they were just short-staffed for some reason that weekend) was that they left a tray of food and dirty dishes on the floor a few doors down from us.

10. Never had occasion to interact with the hotel staff, but they looked like very nice people, are probably kind to their mothers, and likely would be only too happy to listen to your problems or point you in the direction of the nearest tram stop.
